Amazing experience..Very Cooperative staff..Had a comfortable stay with family..Thanks to Hotel staff Shyam Chandan Mehta And Chandan and other 2 3 staff people(Dont know the names) for taking care and making our stay Worth...Bonfire nights and DJ were Amazing..Wl visit again

Room was like a haunted one. Dark with very less lights Wifi very poor. Very poor signal network in the hotel area. When asked, theysaid it's like this only in this area Very smelly dormitory for drivers. Driver slept in the vehicle only Food was average. Roo Not the value for money

Stayed for 2 nights during Gandhi Jayanti long weekend. Hotel is over priced with the services they provide now. There restaurant staff is very friendly and courteous but food choices were very limited. Is located away from the Mall road though they provide shuttle but that's a hassle and there is dependency every time you visit. Hotel was undergoing renovation of half of its room. Rooms are not upto mark for the price they charge.

It was a great experience with Arif family Nainital, rooms are neat and clean very cooperative staff. Special thanks to Manager Mr.Harish Singh who helped us to visit near areas. And made our stay much thanks.. Will visit again

I am a traveller and I generally like to share my experience with the public so that one can make better choices.I roamed generally all the hill stations of Uttarakhand and Himachal but experience that i got here was worst ..first of all their staff behaviour was terrible as if they are our masters. Everything that is shown on their hotel advertisement was not followed even a bit like games, gym, DJ club , they all were not for any purpose but just to showcase them.When we demanded for anything, they denied for stupid excuses. Location was also not good as hotel is situated in groove street and for new car driver it is not suitable as location is very very steep height. Food was bad . Now if we talk about charges , it was touching sky.I want everyone to please share this experience as I don’t want anyone to be cheated just by seeing their photos on sites as tourists are coming from very far location and lots of money are being spent. So please do share

it was a great experience with this property, Good food , cooperative staff. They also have shuttle service to mall . Peaceful was 60% booked on Independence day Table Tennis, snooker chess etc

This is my genuine view guys.. Rooms are so close ..you can listen other rooms voice.. Agar housekeeping wala dusre ka room knock karega to apko lagega ki ap ka hi room kia hai.. Food is great.. Hotel staff is good..
